How are staff chosen?
In addition to making sure they have the appropriate skills, we perform background checks, call references and verify certifications. Every effort is made to employ people who have demonstrated a heart for working with the residents in our memory care areas. Staff are trained in dementia care and continue their education annually.

We personalize activities to accommodate residents' interests and preferences. Group and one-on-one activities include physical, social and creative activities. All are designed to promote meaning and joy for residents in early stages of memory loss.
