A Life Plan Community, also known as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), is a senior living community that offers independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care, all on the same campus. Some CCRCs, like Manor Park, also offer memory care. Residents typically enter independent living and transition to a higher level of living if and when the need arises. Knowing they can get the care they may need on campus offers greater peace of mind for residents and family members.
There are more than 40 different floor plans in Independent Living, ranging in size from one-bedroom apartments up to three-bedroom homes. Some have covered parking spaces reserved for the resident and others have one- or two-car garages.

A not-for-profit senior living community like Manor Park must manage their financial resources in accordance with their mission. Revenue is reinvested back into the community. The objective of for-profit communities is to create financial returns for owners or shareholders. For-profit communities are priced to ensure the stakeholder, investors and/or managers receive a certain percentage of the revenue.
The better question is, why wouldn’t you? You have the privacy and comfort of your own residence without the hassles of homeownership. You don’t have to worry about home maintenance inside or outside. When you don't feel like cooking, you can dine at our restaurants. Last but not least, you'll have the security of knowing that quality healthcare is available on campus, if ever needed.
