Manor Park has proudly served the Greater Midland area for more than half a century. Since opening our doors in 1970, we've continued to improve our community and expand services to meet the growing needs of current and future residents. As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on the generosity of donors like you to help us fulfill our mission: To provide a continuum of care for people age 62 and older to live life to the fullest with independence, security and choice. Please consider a generous donation to help ensure our residents continue to enjoy the highest possible quality of life.
Manor Park plays a vital role in the economic development of the Permian Basin. An aging population of baby boomers will dramatically increase demand for our services. In order to meet growing demand and maintain our position of leadership, Manor Park must continue to improve and respond to changing expectations.
With your support, we can remain true to our mission, meet current and future needs, and manage resources cost-effectively.

Barbara and Jack Cartwright loved Manor Park and believed in the mission to provide a continuum of care so residents can live life to the fullest. They made numerous donations during their time here that supported our campus. Barbara and Jack sadly passed away in 2023, but their legacy will live on in perpetuity. Barbara and Jack each provided a generous bequest from their estates to establish the Barbara and Jack Cartwright Benevolent Care Endowment Fund.
This permanent endowment fund will help support residents who have outlived their resources. The bequests from the Cartwrights have been invested and will provide for consistent distributions for many, many years to come. The initial value of the fund will multiply and help enable Manor Park to continue to assist current and future residents in need. What a tremendous gift!
We are grateful for the gifts that both Barbara and Jack made to help improve Manor Park. We appreciate their commitment to our residents and the future success of our community!
