Being active does wonders for your well-being. It can improve your sleep, boost energy levels and help you stay at a healthy weight. It also helps prevent age-related diseases. At our Wellness Center, you'll find classes, groups and activities to lead a more active lifestyle. Yoga, tai chi, balance class, line dancing and walking groups fill our calendar. You can hop on a treadmill, recumbent bike or Nautilus machine in our gym. We also offer fun fitness challenges like cornhole tournaments, plus guest lectures and cooking demos. It's all designed to help you live and feel your best.

When you don't feel like cooking, our three dining venues offer a delicious choice. Whether you want a full breakfast, a casual lunch or dinner with dessert, healthy satisfying options are readily available on campus. You'll also want to mark your calendar for our special dining events, including Steak Night, birthday celebrations and Chef's Table. They're wonderful opportunities to gather with friends and give your taste buds a treat.
Whether you practice your faith at on-site worship services or find fellowship with neighbors volunteering, gardening or taking a morning stroll, opportunities for spiritual wellness are yours to explore. Many residents attend vespers in our beautiful chapel. We also offer worship services and Bible study groups, communion service and Catholic mass on campus. Our full-time chaplain is also available for support and guidance.
