Charge Nurse

Full-time Charge Nurse positions for Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) available in our long-term care and skilled nursing communities. Must be RN or LVN currently licensed in the State of Texas. Long-term care experience is a plus. We offer time off with pay, 401(k) plan, health insurance, supplemental insurance, and free life insurance. The successful RN or LVN candidate must love working with senior citizens. Positions available 6am- 2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am and 32/40 weekends.

Care Partner

Provides care with activities of daily living. Responds to needs and requests of residents. Assists with dressing and personal care. Maintains tidy residents’ rooms, including but not limited to light housekeeping duties as assigned. PRN and Full-time Care Partner position available 10p-6a.

Certified Nurse Aide

Manor Park is seeking Full-time Certified Nurse Aides all positions available 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 32/40 weekends. Must have a current Texas CNA certification.

Housekeeper

We are excited to have new members join our housekeeping team! We are looking for full-time housekeepers needed to perform the day-to day activities of the Housekeeping Department. Duties may include but are not limited to cleaning and dusting resident homes and apartments, long-term care rooms, and business offices along with other assignments given by the Director of Facilities Management.

Dietary Department

Activities Director

Manor Park has an opening for an Activities Director. This position will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate both group and one-on-one activity programs to meet the emotional, recreational, physical, and social needs of each healthcare resident. This should be accomplished in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations which will include documentation, care plans, and MDS completion. In addition, the Activities Director is to develop a meaningful volunteer program that assists in meeting the needs of the Manor Park residents through collaboration with other on-campus Neighborhood Coordinators, Activity Directors and Resident Services Specialists. The successful candidate must be a Certified Activity Director or Certified Activity Professional and have at least one year of therapeutic recreation or equivalent experience (through volunteer work, internship, or paid experience) preferably with geriatric residents in a long-term care setting. Must be able to speak the English language clearly and distinctly in order to effectively communicate with residents, staff, families, and other guests. Must have a basic working knowledge of desktop publishing software, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
