Music Services Coordinator
The Music Services Coordinator is to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct both group and 1: 1 Music Programs for Manor Park residents. Must be able to play guitar and/or piano, as accompaniment; must have willingness and ability to sing solos or lead group sing-a-longs; and must have at least one (1) year of either professional or volunteer experience.
Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Responsible to supervise and perform routine repairs as well as general and preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment, hardware, building and campus property, roofs, etc. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the maintenance field and construction with particular emphasis on apartments, health care, extended care, or similar facilities. High school diploma or equivalent is required. General carpentry, residential construction, locksmithing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical experience preferred. Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and manuals. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.
An Electrician is responsible for maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings across the campus in addition to performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance tasks.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and Electrical Journeyman’s license. Prefer a minimum of three years of experience in the maintenance field with knowledge of healthcare, fire alarm systems, and emergency power. Must have a working knowledge of electrical systems, and be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical diagrams, written specifications, and manuals. Written and verbal skills are essential and must have a valid Texas driver's license.
HOURS: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F with some weekends and evenings.
Manor Park has an opening for Social Worker. The primary duties include planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing and overall operation of the Social Services of our skilled nursing facilities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and Manor Park's established policies and procedures, and may be direct by the Community Mentor to ensure that the medically-related emotional and social needs of the resident are met and maintained on an individual basis. Must have a degree in Social Work. Prefer one (1) or two (2) years of clinical Social Work experience in a long-term care facility. Two (2) years of experience dealing with geriatric population preferred but not required.
Full-time Charge Nurse position for Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) available in our long-term care and skilled nursing communities for 10pm to 6am shift. Must be RN or LVN currently licensed in the State of Texas. Long-term care experience is a plus. Responsible for the maintenance, preventative maintenance and repair ofbuilding systems and equipment throughout MPH. Courses in technical schools in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, boilers, appliance repair, general carpentry, locksmithing, etc. are preferred. Required to climb ladders, crawl under equipment or drop ceilings, lift up to one hundred pounds, have good eye-hand coordination, a lot of walking. Installs/replaces under supervision, various fixed and movable appliances including but not limited to refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, washers and dryers. Required to follow all the safety rules and regulations as prescribed by MPH, Federal, State and local rules, laws and statutes, following instruction of same. Completes on time all required paperwork in the department. Performs all other and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Manor Park is seeking Full-time Certified Nurse Aides all positions available 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 32/40 weekend.. Must have a current Texas CNA certification.
