We offer two types of contracts to fit your personal and financial preferences: Entry Fee plans and Rental plans.
Our Entry Fee plans require a one-time upfront payment. A portion of the Entry Fee is refundable.
Plan 70: Approximately 70% of your Entry Fee is refunded after the resale of your independent living residence.
Plan 50: Approximately 50% of your Entry Fee is refunded after the resale of your independent living residence.
Plan 0: The refunded amount of your Entry Fee is amortized (approximately 20% per year) until year five, after which no refund would be due.
In addition to the Entry Fee, you pay a Monthly Fee for the use of your home and access to all community common spaces, services and amenities. If your health needs change and you move to a higher level of care, your Monthly Fee will increase to reflect the cost of care provided.
A rental plan gives you the option of simply renting an apartment or garden home with no Entry Fee to pay upfront. You'll still have access to all community common spaces, services and amenities, including higher levels of care. If your health needs change and you move to a higher level of care, your Monthly Fee will increase to reflect the cost of care you receive.
