  • Q: May I tour the facility? A: Yes, and we can better accommodate your tour and questions if an appointment is made ahead of time.
  • Q: What happens if we run out of money? A: An application can be made for Medicaid benefits. Residents already in our facility do not have to go on the waiting list for Medicaid.
  • Q: How will you ensure the resident will not fall? A: We cannot make assurances that the resident will not fall in our facility. A resident who had a tendency to fall at home may also have a tendency to fall when they live at Manor Park. We do not use restraints since they often cause more harm than good.
  • Q: Can I bring personal items? A: Yes. We invite you to decorate your room with pictures and art to make it as home-like as possible.
