Premiere Retirement

Since, 1970, The Village at Manor Park has been the premier continuing care retirement community in the Permian Basin. Over the years, we have grown and changed to better serve the needs of our community. Now, we are embarking on an exciting new journey!

Village South homes will be developed on the 2-acresite of the northeast side of our campus and on the 16-acre site just across Sinclair from the existing Manor Park campus.  Floor plans will be similar to those of our existing homes although we’ve freshened them up to improve storage space, flow, and size.  In addition to the new homes, a new community center (similar to the Cowden Clubhouse) will be at the center of Village South providing an art studio, bistro, and other activity spaces.
